omg!!! my aunt sent this dvd movie about this coach and seven LITTLE gymnasts. which are dam cute.
i almost cried while watching it. cuz in almost every scene the boys were crying. and.. it brought back a whole friggin load of memories from saga when we were under huang lao shi.

just like the movie, we were probably the best of frens, just that we didnt fight until we cried -.- but hell yea our horrible PT made us cry a few times just cuz one started and we all cried >< [GO AHEAD LAUGH hmph] and ya1 tui3 too.. [stretching] which made them cry too xP we hanged out every sat [the kiddy way by just playing hide and seek] and we used to get really pissed with each other. especially during soccer sessions cuz one team would always get pissed with the other. then the next day everything would be ok. and of course we would get scolded by huang lao shi so badly that we'd cry.
to quote the kid,
"we're best friends! but we fight with each other until we cry sometimes"
and the guy is amazingly like huang lao shi!!! just that much younger and handsome XD BUT huang lao shi was probably the most handsome guy coach then. woohoo. all those scolding during trainings, how he pushed us, how he played with us. EVERYTHING O_o i was actually wondering if all small kid coaches are like that. and the coach's attitude during competition is v-e-r-y similar!! wadde. like when we fail we're damn scared he's pissed, but he just encourages us though he really is pissed.
and the most similar thing abt the movie is that.. we were as cute as the kids!! XD ok i dunno la. but they are damn cute. and though we didnt pawn the asses of the other pple last time we were still pretty zai. also we kept looking up to the big ones wondering if we'd be as good as them someday.
i think the greatest times in my life was definitely shared with those people. like when we travelled with jacques for the KL sea games, or when i went with greg to pacific school games. everything then was so fun. now we're all separated, training's dam boring, i miss those times. and huang lao shi's coaching small kids now =D bet their going to become damn zai one day too. and up to now, i still think that huang lao shi was my greatest coach. he was the one who made me really respect teachers [which is why i dont dare to talk to them], taught me many aspects of life, and of course made me like yet hate him so much. he brought me to my first overseas competition [where he got friggin pissed with me] and made it such a good experience i'd never forget. how he brought us to the theme park to play. it was really.. damn.. fun. and me, greg and daniel were actually playing rugby in the corridor of his hotel waiting to get into his room.
ah wtf if i continue blogging i think i'd really cry.
its just some major surge of emotion sparked by some damn inspiring and touching video. i didnt expect anyone to read that whole bunch of stuff i dumped it.
anw i think the video is GREAT. it shows how one should persevere to achieve ones goals. maybe i should watch it everytime im feeling down.

anw today's training was.. cool. i skipped morning cuz.. i didnt want to do the same apparatus again, AND cuz i was tired. then apparently galen skipped too =] and mr lim was away for most of the time so it was suber fun. and renfei was being dam spastic -.- wahahaha he was first started cursing galen to fail his move cuz i told him galen said he was sucky =p thEN when he failed he started saying that no matter how lousy he's still better than galen XD big hao-lian ass. and when i could do it he couldnt stop saying that i was pro -.-
OH! and today.. wang lao shi's son called me shuai4 ge1. O_o wadde.

yayy i just gave out my first batch of christmas presents =D
not bad la.. got thanked! though it was the first time.. i chose earrings o_O and.. bought them. and.. wrapped them >< waaaah
ok. i cant wait for school to reopen!! muahahaha and i swear to mug harder than i ever did after commonwealth. hmph =] yea probably need lots of help though.
lei's back, andrew's back! woohoo. but stupid andrew's got to go malaysia, and im training in school so i cant really see lei =[ though its not so sad now when people migrate overseas cuz of the internet.
heh i think all china people are big show-offs =D renfei is d-a-m-n competitive and he makes himself un-lose-able. damn funny la!! ahaha training's only fun when renfei, galen, tim, medric, delwin are around. other than that.. pfft. k la dont forget JEVON [bet you're reading this you nehneh] and darrel and.. um ALAN XD oh yea, and today renfei called me pro TWICE =] loL so i WIN!!

havnet blogged in a few days... hm so anw my intended 2-week-rest ended up to be 1 week only =S biaaang.
attack of the evil owl!!! it flew into the gym on monday nite [we think] and it shitted on the floor! then it wang lao shi tried shooting it to scare it away but it didnt move. then in the end it flew above the viewing gallery and shitted there too -_- then it flew around and landed above the floor again =S then it remained there throughout training.
but it flew away anw =D
we should have called the birdpark or something but i didnt have the number XD
gym chalet on 26,27,28 issit? walao. the same bishan + ccab merge thingy together with the ex-gymnasts like davin. zzz..
nvm.

waaaah! back from manila finally.
waiting for the competition to come was longer than waiting for it to end. but anyway we had fun =)wahaha
abt the results, i think u guys know everything already and im too lazy to keep saying why you couldnt see me walking from the arrival hall with a bronze medal around my neck.
aaaaaaaaalaaamaak.
day 1:
we arrived at manila and spent the whole day unpacking and watching tv and physio. we were like one of the few countries who actually moved in.
day 2:
went for familiarisation which was pretty ok.. then didnt have to train in the afternoon so went for physio. and it was cool cuz we had physio almost everyday so day 3 and 4 were almost like 2. and our diets were pathetic cuz we were stuck with hotel food which was... =) rice, salad, chicken, pork and beef. EEVERY meal/day. WOW!
day 5:
or otherwise known as competition day, i screwed up my floor and vault. but i still got into for finals for vault =D tralala spent the whole morning with wanglaoshi and i was friggin bored [you would too] so i ended up sleeping and sleeping and sleeping.
day 6:
competition day 2. nicole and tabbi competed and it was SO close. alamak they should have both won something T_T
day 7:
competition day 3. singapore gymnastics bagged 1 gold and 2 silver, missing out on MAG =( yeaaahhh thats abt it. and after the competition we had like 1.5 hrs of photo-taking cuz there were many appeals including mine. wahaha not bad la. got a quite -ALOT- of invitations for photos. of course wensi being on our team was such a nuisance [=p] cuz she kept getting team photo invitations for us. IF you're reading this.. you know im joking laaa XD at night we went out for a dinner buffet at the hyatt! courtesy of SG.
day 8:
had a whole day of shopping but the malls in philippines are so bigg that we didnt really finish ONE. yea i got some presents =D but not for everyone la. cuz too little timee!! T_T anw i had food poisoning on this day and missed out on night shopping though i heard it wasnt very good either =) but it killed me for the entire night and THANK GOD i had our wonderful gold-winning team looking after me XD lol
day 9:
went shopping in the morning for foodstuff to bring back to singapore and omigawash the hotel staff LOVED us. or maybe just the girls team =( maybe its cuz we're the only other english-speaking team there. so anw malaysia and vietnam all left before us so i DIDNT GET TO SAY BYE TO THE VIETS. although one viet called bilah's rm in the morning to talk to us but she said wrong number =(. THANKS BILAH. =D then we left for singapore.. aww..
YAY i rock at summary.
so anw it was a really good experience though i didnt bring any friggin piece of metal back. haaix. but now... im just concentrating on my rest =P
